When choosing your builder there are a few factors for you to consider to ensure you align yourself with the best choice. 

Most importantly, is your builder licenced and insured?

Do they have positive reviews or testimonials from clients?

Can they show you the finished product of recent builds?

Are they based in your local area? If your builder is not a local based business how can they ensure the same quality finish of work if they are hiring external subcontractors?

How accurate is your quote – and is it within your budget? 

Have I given the builder a plan of my build to ensure the job can be accurately quoted?

What is the projected timeframe of the build?

When would the build be able to commence based form the builder current workload?

Are there any Home Builder or First Home Buyer government incentives available that I may have access too? Can you help me to find out if I’m eligible and if so how to apply?

Are there any building disputes that have been lodged with the state building commission and/or has the builder ever been declared bankrupt?
